Quotes & Pricing

How does the quote basket work?

The quote basket lets you build a door schedule before submitting your enquiry to WDC. Add standard sizes, quantities, bespoke dimensions and project notes. WDC can then review the full list and respond with pricing, availability and next steps.

Why are prices not shown on every product?

Some doors, sizes and project requirements need to be reviewed before accurate pricing can be confirmed. This is especially important for bulk door schedules, bespoke sizing, fire-rated requirements, frames, architrave and hardware. The quote process helps price the full requirement properly.

Can I request a price for multiple doors?

Yes. The site is designed for single-door enquiries as well as full multi-door projects. Add each door and size to your quote basket, include quantities, and submit the list for WDC to review.

Do you offer trade pricing support?

Yes. Builders, contractors, developers, joiners, architects and interior designers can send door schedules or quote basket requests for review. Trade pricing depends on product type, quantities, specification and availability.

02

Standard Sizes

Do your doors come in standard UK sizes?

Many WDC products are available in standard internal and external door sizes. Where standard sizes are listed, select the size, set the quantity and add the item to your quote basket.

Can I order different quantities of different sizes?

Yes. You can add multiple sizes of the same door to your quote basket. This is useful for renovations, trade projects and full property door schedules where different openings require different sizes.

What if I am not sure which size I need?

Include any known dimensions and project notes in your enquiry. WDC can review the information and advise what details may be needed before pricing or specification is finalised.

03

Bespoke & Made-To-Measure

Do you offer made-to-measure doors?

Yes. WDC can review made-to-measure door requirements for suitable designs. Send the opening width, height, preferred style, finish and project notes through the bespoke sizing form or quote basket.

Can I create my own door design?

Yes. Alongside off-the-shelf designs, WDC can review custom door design requirements. This may include panel layout, glazing style, timber finish, fire-rating requirements, oversized openings or matching door sets.

Can you help with unusual openings?

Yes. If your opening is not suitable for a standard size, include measurements and notes about the frame, wall thickness, lining or surrounding details. WDC can review whether a bespoke door or adjusted specification is suitable.

04

Fire Doors

Do you supply FD30 fire doors?

Yes. WDC offers a range of FD30 fire door options across selected internal door styles, including oak, white primed, walnut and glazed designs where available.

Can any door be made as a fire door?

Not every design is available as a certified fire door. Where FD30 performance is required, WDC can review suitable designs, compatible sizes, frames, seals and hardware as part of your enquiry.

Do fire doors need special frames and hardware?

Fire door performance can depend on the full specification, including the door leaf, frame, intumescent seals, glazing, hinges, latch or lock, closer and installation method. Always confirm the full requirement before ordering.

05

Frames, Architrave & Hardware

Can you supply frames and architrave?

Yes. WDC can review requirements for frames, linings, architrave and related finishing details as part of a wider door specification. Include these details in your quote request.

Can I pair doors with handles and hardware?

Yes. WDC works alongside Aura Hardware, a curated collection of architectural door handles, lever handles, pull handles and matching ironmongery details selected to complement premium timber doors.

What is Aura Hardware?

Aura Hardware is a hand-picked hardware edit focused on clean detailing, premium Matt finishes and considered interior projects. It helps customers complete the door specification without browsing endless hardware options.

06

Trade & Project Support

Do you work with trade customers?

Yes. WDC can support builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors and joiners with door schedules, multi-door pricing and project-led enquiries.

Can I send a full door schedule?

Yes. Use the quote basket for product-led requests or contact WDC with a full door schedule if your project includes multiple plots, room references, bespoke sizes, fire doors, frames or hardware requirements.

Can you price a full renovation or development?

Yes. WDC can review larger enquiries where multiple doors, sizes, finishes or specifications are required. Pricing support depends on quantity, product selection, availability and project requirements.

07

Delivery & Lead Times

Do you deliver across the UK?

WDC can review UK delivery requirements as part of your quote. Delivery options may depend on product type, location, order size, supplier availability and project requirements.

How long do doors take to arrive?

Lead times vary depending on whether the door is standard, bespoke, fire-rated, external, glazed or part of a wider project specification. WDC will confirm estimated lead times once your quote request has been reviewed.

Are bespoke doors longer lead time?

Usually, bespoke and made-to-measure doors require more review and production time than standard off-the-shelf sizes. Exact lead times depend on design, size, finish, fire rating and current workload.
