Made-to-measure walnut veneered fire doors manufactured for a hospitality setting, featuring custom glazed vision panels and stainless steel inlay detailing. We supplied the full feature door package, including the solid walnut frame, door pair, side glazing panels, architraves, blocks and associated hardware. Additional fire doors throughout the building were also supplied to match the main design language, with coordinated stainless steel inlays and ironmongery.

Bespoke fretwork doors produced for a private residential project in Cobden Hill, Radlett, in collaboration with Black Cactus Interiors. Working closely with the interior designer, we helped turn the design intent into a finished door package, manufacturing a set of custom black doors with detailed fretwork panels. The project included variations with both clear glass and reeded glass, forming part of a wider package of 12 bespoke doors supplied for the property.

Bespoke doors manufactured for a luxury private penthouse apartment in Porchester Gate, Bayswater, Central London. The client had a very specific design direction, with each door created to suit different areas of the two-storey apartment. The designs featured rich brass and gold-tone detailing, paired with a high-end finish to complement the overall interior scheme. We also sourced and supplied 24k gold-plated hardware, bringing the door designs, finishes and ironmongery together as a complete luxury package. All doors were manufactured in house, spray finished and delivered by our team.

A commercial door package manufactured for a new-build office building at Wembley Innovation, London. We supplied FD30 oak veneer doors, solid oak frames, solid oak architraves and associated hardware, working directly with the owner to meet the required specification. The project called for solid oak detailing throughout, along with a specific tinted clear lacquer finish to complement the interior scheme. With a fixed project deadline in place, the doors and components were manufactured, finished and packaged ready for collection by the client’s own vehicle fleet.

A large-scale hospitality supply package for Central Park Hotel in Central London. We manufactured and supplied over 200 FD30 veneered door blanks for the main bedroom doors, finished in a carefully selected black ash veneer with clear spray lacquer. Veneer selection was managed closely to help maintain a consistent grain appearance throughout the bedroom doors. For the bathroom doors, we supplied over 200 black-framed doors with reeded glass, providing privacy while keeping a refined design detail. Corridor doors and fire exit doors were also supplied, along with frames, hardware, acoustic seals and concealed door closers. To complete the wider interior package, we also supplied matching black ash veneered boards for use as bedroom window boards and shelving units.

A multi-site retail supply project for Flannels stores across the UK, carried out through contractors working on behalf of the brand. As part of selected store renovations, we were instructed to manufacture bespoke timber doors for changing room areas, based around a specific design featuring padded upholstered panels to the face of the door. The specification was kept consistent across approximately 30 stores, including flagship locations in Central London and Shirebrook, helping deliver a unified finish across the wider retail rollout.

A bespoke door package designed and manufactured for Preston Muslim Cultural Centre, a purpose-built community and religious institution. The project featured over 25 bespoke doors, including a large entrance door and frame, with a mixture of FD30 and non-fire-rated specifications. The doors incorporated Arabic star-inspired fretwork with frosted glazing, allowing light to pass through while maintaining privacy and decorative detail. Most of the doors were manufactured at 2.4m high, helping enhance the sense of height and scale throughout the building. We also manufactured bespoke solid oak frames, architraves and blocks, sourced the required hardware, and added stainless steel inlays to the oak veneered doors to complement the hardware finish and elevate the overall design.

A full-house bespoke door package manufactured for a historic private residence in Sefton Park, Liverpool. As part of a complete property refurbishment, the client required over 40 bespoke Victorian-style doors, with specific detailing, panel layouts and moulding profiles created to suit the character of the home. One of the most technical elements of the project was the manufacture of arched doors and matching arched frames, produced from solid Sapele hardwood. All doors and frames were prepared, sanded and fully finished in our spray booth before delivery. With the client aiming to move in before Christmas, the project was completed within a demanding timeframe, with our team working extended hours to deliver the doors and frames the week before Christmas ready for the on-site joiners to install.
